"Kun Fayakun" merupakan kata dalam bahasa arab yang kalau diterjemahkan kurang lebih berarti "Jadilah, Maka Jadilah Ia". Kalimat ini diambil dari kitab suci Al-Quran yang menggambarkan kekuasaan Allah dalam menciptakan semua makhluknya.

Mengangkat problematika hidup manusia untuk mempertahankan keyakinan yang dimiliki sampai batas kemampuannya menghadapi tekanan hidup, kisah Kun Fayakun dibalut dengan pendekatan humanis, penuh pesan moral namun tetap menghibur penonton.
